The holiday was GREAT!!
The villa was beautiful! So spacious, loved the tall ceilings, the long pool. Everything was great. The staff at the villa were very helpful and nice, and the kids liked the staff too. So funny, one of my nephews after being famished from swimming in the pool, we found him being served breakfast first as if he was the king hahaha. We basically had breakfasts there daily, ate one night simple dinner in which was nice. Then we also booked a special dinner in the villa, the bbq was so delicious plus the villa manager was so helpful, suggesting a balinese band and dancers, which we ended up loving – it was so much better than watching that Barung dance on the way to Ubud! I think that night in was probably one of the best nights! Location was central too so we were able to walk to a lot of the restaurants and bars like Metis, Merah Putih, W Hotel, etc and to Seminyak Square, so that was convenient. I think after all the eating, we were keen to walk as much as possible despite the heat.
The whole family enjoyed the villa and getaway, thanks very much for the suggestion! Was great value for such a nice place, and the food was cheap too as you said!
