Jawakara is the island we suggest for families and groups who want choice above all: six restaurants, a golf course, racquet courts and a kids' club that actually covers teenagers. Dheru is the calmer half and our pick for couples travelling with the family; Mabin has more going on. The Water Pool Villas have no age restriction, which few resorts can say.
Who it suits
Multi-generational families, teens, golfers and active groups. Less suited to couples wanting a small, hushed island.
