Hi Ella, with heartfelt gratitude, thank you so so much for your infinite patience and help! Hubby and i loved every single minute of our trip!! it was simply amazing! when our butler showed us our room we were stunned by the chocolate treat and your lovely note 🙂
we know we have you to thank for – for the VIP treatment we received, the staff always called us by our name. thank you for the anniversary present too, and the Lagoon restaurant surprised us with an anniversary cake that night and the note with the turndown service was a surprise too!
i can go on and on but i won’t, amazing doesn’t do the experience justice but it just was!
