This holiday was very last minute so firstly a huge thank you for doing what you do best BUT still being patient with us! So Bangkok nightlife was the most fun for us as our night outs at Moon bar and Lebua (sky bar) both were super fun. We enjoyed our half day tourist activity visiting the golden temple, royal palace and the canals. Metropolitan hotel was fit for purpose with comfort and convenience.
Koh Samui – this is where we really had the zen take over. Melati beach resort was ideal for what we wanted…the private beach, pool bar and the sea view restaurant just made us forget the rest of the world! We did some super fun things like visiting a shooting range, elephant trekking, watched an elephant and monkey show including a Muay Thai exhibition fight. Quad bike ride through streams and wildness was outrageously fun. I can’t stop my ramble before saying how awesome the Thai massages and pampering were – the friendly people in Samui truly live the saying – “The land of smiles”!
