I wanted to email and say a huge thank you to Marnie for coordinating our wedding day. Planning a wedding abroad, when you have not previously visited the resort, is a rather daunting experience. Matt and I had seen gorgeous photos of the Melati, however “the real thing” is just breath taking. We absolutely loved the open plan resort, with lovely waterfalls and the stunning infinity pool. Reflecting on our wedding day, Matt and I are blown away with how perfect every element of our wedding was. Marnie and all of the Melati staff, were so warm, helpful and most importantly patient and helped us create our special day. To name but a few elements of the day, the band, the cake, the food, and the drinks were all of 5* quality.

To Paul Rambo, please let Paul know that he a super cool, chilled and spiritual reverent, who set the tone for our entire day. Our ceremony was more special than we could have imagined. The blessing and “hug” that Paul introduced into our vows will resonate with us forever. All of the guests commented on how personal and intimate our ceremony was. We even heard rumours that Paul had some of the hotel guests in tears as they listened to his beautiful vows.

Anne Sophie, our photographer, was became fondly known as “the photo ninja”… she successfully took photos of all of the guests, without actually being seen most of the day which is incredible. Anne Sophie understood the style of photos that Matt and I wanted, and she made us feel comfortable during our photo sessions.

To our band from the Red Snapper, please let them know that they have gained another 30 fans since our wedding. They were exceptional. The band were so lively, and literally had every guest dancing the entire night.

We really did have an exceptional holiday and wedding. I can’t recommend the Melati enough to any of your future clients.
